Host Hotel
The host hotel for the 2025 Marketing and Communications Conference is the beautiful Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay located at 2900 Bayport Drive, Tampa, Florida. The venue is only three miles from Tampa International Airport and 1.4 miles from Shriners International Headquarters. This tranquil waterfront hotel is surrounded by 35 natural acres.
Meals will be divided between two locations — the Pool Deck and the 14th Floor Skylark Ballroom with access to the outdoor Skylark Terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of Tampa Bay.
Amenities (included) are: two pools, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fishing kits, beach chairs, grass games, board games, two complimentary bottled waters in room daily, 24-hour fitness center, welcome drink.
Airport/Hotel Transportation
The brand new hotel shuttle service operates daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with departures every 30 minutes from the hotel.
For service from Tampa International Airport (TPA), proceed to Ground Transportation and follow signs for Hotel Shuttle. Once there, text (502) 579-0053, and a shuttle will arrive within approximately 30 minutes of your request.

Parking for Locals
Complimentary parking is available in the covered parking garage located adjacent to the hotel.
Attire
Attire for the entire conference is business casual, no shorts, jeans or T-shirts. Some meals will be held outdoors. Average Tampa temperatures in October are highs in the low 80s and lows in the high 60s. Meeting rooms tend to run on the cool side. Please pack accordingly.
Incidentals
Shriners Children’s is covering the cost of room and destination fee on the master account, but the hotel will ask you for a credit card to cover the cost of incidentals. Please check with your supervisor for expense report policies for incidentals.
